Marcia serves as pianist for our church. She loved hearing her mother play the piano at church and begged for piano lessons before she even started school. She has been playing the piano in church since she was 9 years old. Marcia grew up in Indiana but has lived in many places across the United States. Wherever she moved, she found a church where she could serve the Lord through music. Marcia has 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren. While her children were growing up, Marcia taught piano lessons for over 10 years. One of her students was her daughter, Kristina, who was the City View Baptist Church pianist for several years before marrying and moving out of state. Marcia feels blessed and honored to be able to play the piano after a serious injury a few years ago nearly robbed her of the ability to play piano. She is so thankful to be a part of the City View Baptist family.

Sandra calls herself the "nursery granny". She has supervised the City View Baptist Church nursery for more than 15 years and loves to spoil the little ones that pass her way. Sandra said she has enjoyed watching the babies grow from infancy through childhood to young adulthood, learning to love the Lord and find joy in praising Him. Sandra grew up in Dundee, Texas, has been married to James Stiles for more than 40 years, having two grown children and two grandsons. The babies fight to stay in the nursery with Sandra instead of promoting to the next class. Sandra loves Jesus and tries to instill that love in the babies by teaching them to share, get along, sing, play and be happy. She loves to serve by taking wonderful care of the small ones while their parents, grandparents and great-grandparents find fulfilling worship and Bible study times knowing their children are safe and well-taken care of.

Kathryn is happily married to Doug and they have three "almost grown" children, David, Nathan, and Meredith. She loves to sing and to worship, so being a part of the praise team is a blessing and a joy. Out of some dozen different jobs she has held over the years, her favorite, by far, has been raising and home schooling her children!

They shall mount up with wings eagles;
They shall run and not grow weary;
And they shall walk, and not faint.”
